Not every morning mover is reliable. We score each stock by how consistently it rises — a stock that gained 5% every single morning scores higher than one that gained 20% once.

The Fasting Window

Just like intermittent fasting — you eat only within a specific window. Here: buy at 08:00, sell at 17:00. No overnight positions. No stress. Clean in, clean out.
